Position: Administration Officers

Location: Lighting Ridge

Our Government client is seeking two Administration Officers to join their team at Lighting Ridge! This is an exciting 8 month contract for the right candidates!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assessing and processing applications
  • Maintaining and accurately updating data into systems
  • Providing administrative functions, printing and mailing correspondence.

If you have:

  • Excellent customer Service skills
  • Ability to prepare documentation for electronic and manual payments.
  • Ability to perform administration duties as directed.
  • Ability to work under general supervision.
  • Proficient in the use of Word, MS Office, Databases in general, and Record Management (CM9) if possible
