Position: Administration Support Officer

Location: Eveleigh

Our Government Client has a great 9 month part time opportunity available for an experienced administration support officer in Eveleigh.

Key accountabilities

  • Provide assistance to the Senior Administrative Officer in the day to day running of the Office of Infrastructure
  • Manage and deliver staff timesheets, reporting on timesheet compliance
  • Admin duties such as filling photocopiers, toner, photocopying etc

Essential requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Government experience preferable
  • Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Great be able to work effectively with a broad range of people.
