Position: Administration Support Officer
Great 2-3 month contract with our Government Client in Dubbo!
- Managing inbound calls
- Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
- Extensive customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to communication affectively with a wide range of clients regarding diverse matters
- Developed technical skills
- A willingness to help and an ability to operate effectively in a high performing team environment
