Position: Administrative Assistant – Logistics

The key responsibility of the role is to provide administrative and clerical support services to enable the efficient operation of the logistics unit. It may lead to a permanent employment opportunity for the right candidate.

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • White Card
  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to deliver multiple administrative support activities in line with agreed time frames
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Warehousing and logistics knowledge / experience
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem-solving
  • High understanding of safety
  • Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol test
