They currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their fast paced team.
Your primary responsibilities are to maintain high level administration support for the day to day office and various construction projects.
Duties will include preparation of tender documents, high level correspondence for Management and the greater team, records maintenance, scheduling appointments, meet/greet customers as first point of call and managing requirements for external stakeholders including the HIA, Councils, Hunter Water and Ausgrid.

Your exceptional communications skills will present a professional, courteous image to customers and stakeholders alike. You’ll have experience in preparing tender documents and producing high level administrative support to management, being an Intermediate to Advanced user of MS Office Suite and competent in data entry/typing min 50wpm. (Testing will be required).
Your demonstrated ability to work in fast paced environment, along with experience working to deadline will be highly regarded as will your Business Administration qualification. Your experience in the building industry will set you apart.
