Position: Business Support Officer

Location: Sydney CBD

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer for a great 2 month contract in Sydney CBD. The main purpose of this role is to provide customer, administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the team/unit.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management and routine correspondence, to support the effective operation of the team/unit
  • Collect and compile information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information
  • Update and maintain records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills with initiative and ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and process documentation, a good eye for detail is a must
  • Excellent general clerical and administrative skills
