Position: Call Centre Operator

Location: Bathurst

Our Government Client is urgently seeking experienced Call Centre Operators in Bathurst for a minimum 5 month contract!

Key Accountabilities 

  • Providing support to the HR shared services centre.
  • Complete timely date entry
  • Effective delivery of customer service support to teachers and school staff

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in or closely with a government department or public sector agency desirable
  • Strong customer service/call centre background
  • HR SAP transactional work exposure
