Position: Concierge & Reception Administrator

Location: Chippindale

Our Government Client has a fantastic 4 month contract available for an experienced Concierge / Reception Administrator in Chippindale!

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide clerical and administrative support and assistance with projects for the unit
  • Answer enquiries and provide information to customers on administration and general information in a manner that promotes prompt, efficient and friendly customer service experience
  • Maintain information, records management and use various databases
  • Perform word processing, data entry and preparation of standard correspondence
  • Assist in relevant projects including research and liaison with stakeholders

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Government experience desirable
  • Demonstrated organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes and good time management skills
