Position: Customer Contact Officer

Location: Newcastle

Another great opportunity has arisen with our Government client in Newcastle for a motivated  customer contact officer to respond to telephone, Internet and email inquiries and to manage a large volume of inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide a high quality service to future students that consistently meets service standards and sales targets including:

  • Manage a large volume of inbound calls
  • Effective problem solving skills
  • Highly developed verbal and written communications skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work with a range of complex administrative corporate skills

2. Use multiple data sources to provide quality customer service

3. Work as a supportive and co-operative team member to share information and to step in and help others when workloads are high

Systems Experience Required:

CRM
Microsoft Office
Industry experience: Prefer candidates with a customer service background/ contact center / retail
