Position: Customer Service Officer (Call Centre & Admin)
Experienced in call centre customer service and looking for a new opportunity?
We have a fantastic government opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer in Wollongong .
This is initially a 5 month contract available for the right candidate!
- Complete timely and accurate date entry into our Client’s payroll system
- Effective delivery of admin support to the team and/or answering customer enquiries
- Provide a range of advisory and support services for SAP payroll including payroll and associated processes, technical system support and customer support
- Delivering high quality customer service to employees on pay and entitlement related matters.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience within a similar role
- Working in a high volume call centre area experience
- Proficient in working in or closely with a government department or public sector agency preferred
- SAP Experience
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
