Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide top quality customer relationship management and service delivery activities for internal and external stakeholders through management of the front desk
  • Meet and greet of customers, including answering phones and managing a switchboard
  • General administrative tasks
  • Contribute to a team environment of skill and knowledge sharing
  • Provide feedback and information on customer service projects
  • Through effective customer service delivery, contribute to the implantation of regional and local operational plans and projects for the delivery of outcomes defined in associated business and functional plans

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative/receptionist role for a minimum of 3 years
  • Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal and face to face
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Highly efficient time management and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
