Position: Contact Centre / Customer Service Operator

Location: Port Macquarie

Due to their team’s ongoing achievements, our Government client has a number of great opportunities available for experienced Contact Centre/ Customer Service Officers in Port Macquarie. If you have experience in a high-volume customer service role, both phone and email-based, then we want to hear from you!

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide quality frontline customer service to all external and internal customers with the highest level of integrity and excellence
  • Provide informed, targeted and timely advice and information to customers and stakeholders to maximise engagement, retention and completion
  • Perform accurate and timely processing to ensure a quality and seamless customer service experience in compliance with legislative and financial requirements
  • Work with limited supervision
  • Plan and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Place the customer at the centre of all decision making

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be able to clear a Working With Children’s Check
  • Must be able to clear a police check
  • Experience across a range of computer systems and programs
  • Previous work experience in a contact centre / high-volume customer service environment
