Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Sydney City initially then moving to Parramatta

We have a great 7 week opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to cover holiday relief, supporting the Executive Director and a team of approx 20 people with our Government client.

NOTE: During the period of the role the office will be relocating from Bridge Street in Sydney City to Parramatta – you must be willing to attend both locations during the course of this temporary period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary, email and phone management
  • PA support to the Executive Director
  • Administration Support for staff
  • Support the team in relocating from Bridge St to Parramatta

Skills Required:

  • 3 years experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to cope with change including supporting the team during the change
