Our Government client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide a range of quality ICT Support Services. This is a great 6 month opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide high quality customer service
  • Respond to incoming enquiries in a confidential, responsive and customer focused manner, ensuring that accurate, targeted and timely information supplied effectively resolves the customer request.
  • Effectively apply new and or updated technology applications, systems, procedures and organisational methods to deliver efficient and effective services in accordance with policy.
  • Participate in and contribute to the development and ongoing maturity of knowledge centered systems.

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk role essential
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills essential
  • ITIL certification preferred but not essential
  • SAP user experience highly advantageous
