Position: IT Help Desk
Our Government client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide a range of quality ICT Support Services. This is a great 6 month opportunity for the right candidate.
- Provide high quality customer service
- Respond to incoming enquiries in a confidential, responsive and customer focused manner, ensuring that accurate, targeted and timely information supplied effectively resolves the customer request.
- Effectively apply new and or updated technology applications, systems, procedures and organisational methods to deliver efficient and effective services in accordance with policy.
- Participate in and contribute to the development and ongoing maturity of knowledge centered systems.
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk role essential
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills essential
- ITIL certification preferred but not essential
- SAP user experience highly advantageous
