Position: Payroll / Data Entry Clerk

Location: Newcastle

Our Client is currently seeking a Data Entry Operator to join their team in Newcastle, the successful candidate must be proficient in SAP.

Key Accountabilities

  • Preparing payrolls and related records for employee salaries and statutory record keeping purposes.
  • Managing databases effectively
  • Communicating directly with other areas of the organisation
  • Undertaking a range of data entry activities into multiple information systems
  • Ensure compliance with all data and record keeping requirements
  • Ensure a high degree of accuracy and efficiency on data entry activities into multiple information systems
  • Follow processes and procedures to verify data consistency and quality
  • Provide administrative support to the contact centre team as necessary

Skills Required

  • Must be proficient in SAP
  • Strong background in records management and data maintenance
  • Demonstrated data entry skills in high volume, fast paced environments.
