Position: Project Administration Officer
- 4 days per week
- $57 per hour + Super
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Administration Officer to join our client's business support team in Parkes. The position offers 7 hours per day, 4 days per week with flexible working hours. It has the potential to increase to 5 days per week. This is a contract position until the end of December 2022, however, there is the potential for this to be extended.
This role provides general administration support to the broader roads maintenance and delivery team, with day-to-day duties including updating data, data entry, responding to queries, financial support activities.
To be successful you will require:
- General administration experience and capabilities.
- Experience using computer systems and ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn and implement new processes and procedures.
- Ability to deliver consistent quality customer service and build rapport.
- SAP experience desirable.
- Finance background desirable.
