Position: Project Coordinator – Media Management

Location: Blacktown

Our Government client has an exciting 6 month role for an experienced Project Co-ordinator to work on their HR Strategy promotional project.

Ideally you will have managed complex logistics for video shoots and events.  You will be a hands on organiser who is experienced in keeping the project logistics on track and ensuring that all project objectives are met.   The role supports an in-house team involved in video production, events attendance and web development.

The role crosses 3 sub projects:

  • Coordinating locations for video shoots promoting rural and remote areas as career destinations for the client.  Videos will be published on web and social media channels.
  • Coordinating an additional project designed to enhance the advertising of rural and remote jobs across the web and social media channels.
  • Coordinating a major one-off event to support specific career paths in rural and remote locations.

This role is a 6 month Temporary opportunity – working 35 hours pw.  The location is initially Blacktown, but moving to Parramatta in September.

Working with Children Check and Police Check will be required
