Position: Recruitment Consultant Coordinator

Location: Port Macquarie

MBC are seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Coordinator to join our ever-growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to work in fast paced environment, supporting a high-performing recruitment team.

MBC are a privately-owned, multi award winning recruitment provider, servicing clients across NSW. This is a great opportunity to add significant value to a busy team.

Amongst the diverse day to day tasks, you will be required to;

  • Assist with sourcing candidates
  • Compile new employee documentation prior to commencement of employment
  • Maintain records of resumes, applications, relevant licenses, certification and employee selection
  • Prepare resumes for client submission
  • Induct new on-hire employees
  • Perform reference checks
  • Contract management
  • Post and monitor job advertisements

  • Proven ability to work under pressure systematically – but with the flexibility to go outside the square and then come back and ensure boxes are all ticked
  • Excellent administration skills with the ability to learn new computer systems
  • Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
  • Effectively and professionally present, negotiate and communicate in both a verbally and written nature
  • Excellent safety awareness and adherence to processes and procedures
  • Understanding the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Previous HR or Recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
