Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Coffs Harbour
MBC are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our ever-growing team! This is an exciting part time opportunity to work in fast paced environment, supporting a high-performing recruitment team.
MBC are a privately-owned, multi award winning recruitment provider, servicing clients across NSW. This is a great opportunity to add significant value to a busy team.
Amongst the diverse day to day tasks, you will be required to;
Compile new employee documentation prior to commencement of employment
Maintain records of resumes, applications, relevant licenses, certification and employee selection
Prepare resumes for client submission
Induct new on-hire employees
Perform reference checks
Post and monitor job advertisements

Proven ability to work under pressure systematically – but with the flexibility to go outside the square and then come back and ensure boxes are all ticked
Excellent administration skills with the ability to learn new computer systems
Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
Effectively and professionally present, negotiate and communicate in both a verbally and written nature
Excellent safety awareness and adherence to processes and procedures
Understanding the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Previous HR or Recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
This position is part time hours.
