Scanning & Transactional Support Administrator – Position Filled

Position: Scanning Coordinator & Transactional Support Administrator

Location: Sydney

Our Sydney based Government client requires a dedicated support person to assist with progressing the activities of the relocation to a new office.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate the scanning activities between teams and the scanning organisation
  • Phone/ spreadsheet maintenance
  • Processing survey results
  • Assist in the coordination of the post relocation survey results
  • Facilitates and actions all transactional matters relating to the relocation
  • Process purchases for locker trays, name badges, pencil cases/other stationary
  • Arrange the welcome morning tea

Skills Required:

  • Experience with office emergency procedures – be able to prepare & process the emergency procedures e.g. First Aid/ Fire Wardens
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Familiar with SAP, however not essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive
  • Work well in a high pace environment
