Position: Senior Administrative Assistant – Learning & Development

Location: Rozelle

We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant with learning & development skills for an immediate start with our NSW Government client in Rozelle

Responsibilities include:

  • High level administration, clerical services and generation of Word documentation and Excel spreadsheets
  • Booking staff on courses
  • Preparing for training courses by booking rooms, arranging catering and required equipment etc
  • Processing documentation and filing
  • Invoicing

Skills Required:

  • Intermediate / advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Good written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support in learning and development
  • High level interpersonal skills
  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience is highly desirable
