How I can help
I work in our Nursing Department as the NDIS Coordinator. My role is to handle enquiries regarding our capacity to take on new participants and to link them with the best-suited worker. I liaise with the Support Coordinators and directly with the participants and or their families and carers. I complete the Service Level Agreements with MBC Nursing and assist with any enquiries that our participants may have.
My special skills
I have many years of experience working in the Community Services Sector. I have worked as a Support worker and a Support Facilitator in programs predominantly supporting participants living with a mental health diagnosis. I have worked as a Case Manager in the Homelessness sector as well as a Customer Engagement Officer working with NDIS participants. I have a Certificate IV and a Diploma in Mental Health non-clinical.
All about me
Family and friends are important to me and I love catching up with them as often as possible. I love stand-up paddle boarding and packing a picnic and exploring for the day. I enjoy good conversation around a BBQ and a campfire.
