As an experienced administrator and manager, I have a lot of experience recruiting for training departments across multiple faculties. As Training Administrator, I am currently involved in various projects at MBC Recruitment. With my background in recruitment, I am very passionate about finding the right person for the right job. I believe in hiring people who don’t just have the skills required but also need to fit within the company culture.

My special skills
I hold multiple qualifications ranging from a Diploma in Business – HR Management, a Diploma in Quality Auditing, and a Diploma in WHS, among others. I have over 20 years of hospitality management experience and have held multiple roles in the training industry for over 15 years. My passion has been within training and recruitment, as I thrive on setting others up for success and seeing them succeed. I believe I am only as successful as my team.

I enjoy spending time with friends and family and the outdoors with long walks on the beach, camping, and fishing.
