Position: Works Packaging Administration Officers

Location: Port Macquarie

Our highly reputable Client currently has 3 x 4 month opportunities for Works Packaging Administration Officers

The role will be to follow a detailed works packaging process to make adjustments to construction quotes in our Asset Management System, generate approval documents and distribute to the relevant parties, and collate design works packages to issue to our construction team electronically.

Skills Required

  • Strong administration background, with high attention to detail would be best suited to the role.  Any acquired electrical knowledge, particularly in the distribution area would be desirable.
  • MUST be computer literate (Word, Outlook, Excel, WASP [only Ex-EE would have this]) and able to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to handle a high volume work load is essential.
