The Innovate to Elevate program is still in the early days of forming, but here is an update on a few initiatives that have come from the program recently:
MS Teams MBC Branded Backgrounds – we recently had the suggestion of getting the MBC Banner on MS Teams backgrounds which can increase our branding in meetings and client briefings. Great idea suggested by Rachel Daisley! We are currently exploring this idea so watch this space!
Sharing is Caring – another item was to ensure Department Heads share any great BDM /marketing ideas at the management meetings. Keep the communication flowing so all divisions can benefit from these great ideas!
Outstanding Debtors – with the downturn in recruitment over the last month it has become even more critical to keep an eye on our outstanding debtors to ensure payment is received before taking on any further recruitment activities. A monthly report will now be provided by Accounts to the Department Heads who can monitor this when new recruitment requests come in.
Challenge the way we communicate via email – there was recent feedback and enhancements made on some standard email templates that were being used. Please take the time to check your communications and look for ways to ensure they are professional, business minded, and quality checked before sending.
