Conflict happens all the time – it is impossible to avoid. The way we deal with it, is what matters most. Resolving it effectively, respectfully and optimistically is a chance to grow and learn.

Whether you’re at home or at the office, disagreements and differences in opinion will always be there. Good communication can prevent and ease tension and prevent conflicts from flaring up into resentment or worse.
